The scrolling speed by using the touchpad is really very, very fast and the touchpad itself is very sensitive. Ask Fedora. What you still could check is the dconf-editor if you find a option not listed in the settings. The touchpad finger scroll is way too sensitive. Just be careful with the tool, you could easy break your gnome. Of course, this comes with an obvious caveat: apps must be updated to use the newest GTK versions which only recently have been released.
